Agnes are a Melbourne based company who work with businesses to guide them through their transition from startup to grown up. With a focus on the early commercialisation stage, they support organisations who’ve broken through their foundational years with strength and resolve. After recently conducting a brand articulation workshop with Brand Amplified to get clarity on their mission statement and brand pillars, they approached Studio 21 to redesign their simple website to reflect their new brand manifesto.

The Challenge

Agnes was looking for a simple website that was symbolic of their brand personality, portrayed what they offered, and clearly explained who they worked with. They also required a booking system to allow for clients to allocate internal meeting rooms. A simple brief, but without any brand guidelines the challenge was on.

Our Solution

We first approached this project by putting together some style-scapes to get a true essence of the brand. These style-scapes allowed us to define the colour scheme, typography, photography and overall visual aesthetic for the website. With this in hand, we worked closely with the team at Agnes to wireframe the website and layout their content to map out the userflow and navigation. The website design followed, which tied in some stock photography with some real life photos of the Agnes office. The team at Agnes loved the final result, and is currently in the process of replacing the stock photos with real pictures of ‘inside Agnes‘.
