Rumbie & Co. are more than just a hair salon in Sydney, they are a company on a mission to liberate their customers curls through education, treatment and product specifically made for curly hair.
Rumbie & Co. approached Studio 21 to help elevate the brand online, improve the user experience and in turn increase sales on the eCommerce website.
The Problem
With a loyal customer base, branded products and an excellent in-salon experience, Rumbie & Co. reached out to Studio 21 to elevate their online presence. Their previous website, although partially functional, did not portray them as the modern, professional and, let’s not ignore, funky company they are in store. The website sadly made the shopping experience difficult for the user, and did not truly represent Rumbie & Co. brand. Studio 21 saw so much potential here to make something special for them.
Our Solution
We started by outlining the website goals with the Rumbie & Co. team; to educate, inspire, and sell. With this in place we set out to design and develop a custom WooCommerce store specific to their offering. The results speaks for itself. With all the eCommerce bells and whistles, as well as online lessons, we are proud to say that Rumbie & Co. is now selling more product online, and is set up to become the leader in curl education and curly hair product across Australia.
